AINOPOL All-Optical Network Solution for Culture and Tourism Scenic Spots: Optoelectronic Fusion, One Network for Multiple Services

With the advancement of smart tourism and digital scenic spot construction, the culture and tourism industry has put forward higher requirements for network infrastructure. Traditional networks suffer from complex wiring, difficult upgrades, limited coverage and high O&M costs, making it hard to adapt to the development needs of scenic spots for diversified services, high bandwidth and wide coverage.

Based on an optoelectronic fusion architecture, AINOPOL launches an all-optical network solution tailored for culture and tourism scenic spots. Leveraging an ultra-simplified two-layer PON network architecture, it realizes "multiple services over a single fiber, full network evolvability and visual O&M", helping scenic spots achieve intelligent and digital upgrading.

Challenges Faced by Scenic Spot Networks

Scenic spots cover a large area with scattered scenarios, and the coverage distance of traditional copper cables is limited;

A variety of business types with independently deployed systems for broadband, Wi-Fi, surveillance, voice and ticketing, leading to a complex network;

Repetitive wiring is required for future business upgrades, resulting in high transformation costs;

A large number of devices in weak current computer rooms bring great pressure on power supply and safety management.

Architecture of AINOPOL All-Optical Solution for Scenic Spots

Ultra-Simplified Two-Layer Network Architecture

Based on PON (Passive Optical Network) technology, it builds a flat two-layer "core-convergence-access" network, eliminating complex devices of the traditional three-layer network, greatly simplifying the network structure and improving transmission efficiency.

Full Fiber Coverage with No Distance Limitation

Adopting the FTTD (Fiber to the Device) mode, it has a coverage radius of up to 20 kilometers, breaking the 100-meter copper cable limit and easily covering all scattered areas in scenic spots, such as visitor centers, parking lots, viewing platforms, hotels and shops.

Smooth Bandwidth Evolution with No ODN Reconstruction

Supporting smooth upgrade from 10GPON to 50GPON, only the active devices at both ends need to be replaced while the original Optical Distribution Network (ODN) remains unmodified. This protects existing investments and adapts to future high-bandwidth services such as ultra-high definition video and VR navigation.

Converged Bearing of Multiple Services over a Single Fiber

A single fiber simultaneously carries a variety of services including broadband, Wi-Fi, voice, video surveillance, 5G backhaul and the Internet of Things (such as environmental monitoring, intelligent navigation, emergency broadcasting, etc.), realizing "multi-network integration" and reducing construction and O&M costs.

Core Advantages of the Solution

Ultra-Simplified Network: The flat architecture reduces the number of computer rooms and devices, and minimizes fault points;

Flexible Upgrading: Bandwidth expansion on demand, business scaling with growth, and no ODN construction required;

Safe and Reliable: The passive optical network is non-conductive, with lightning protection and anti-interference performance;

Intelligent O&M: Supporting unified cloud-based centralized management of all devices on the EAAS platform, realizing visuality, manageability and controllability of the entire network's devices;

Green and Energy-Saving: The passive optical network features low power consumption, in line with the concept of green and low-carbon development of scenic spots.

Typical Application Scenarios

Intelligent Navigation and Interactive Experience: Supporting high-bandwidth services such as AR/VR navigation, ultra-high definition live streaming and interactive screens;

Security Surveillance and Emergency Command: Real-time backhaul of video surveillance, combined with AI analysis to achieve intelligent security;

IoT Perception and Environmental Monitoring: Unified backhaul of data such as temperature, humidity, passenger flow and traffic flow through IoT terminals;

Smart Services and Operation Management: One network carrying ticketing systems, smart parking, Wi-Fi coverage, voice scheduling and other services.

Through the optoelectronic fusion all-optical network architecture, AINOPOL provides culture and tourism scenic spots with a new type of information infrastructure that is future-oriented, elastically scalable and easy to operate and maintain. This solution not only meets the current construction needs of smart scenic spots, but also lays a solid network foundation for future innovative applications such as 5G+IoT and metaverse tourism.
