Spring tide surges and war drums urge forward. From March 6 to 8, 2026, all members of AINOPOL left the hustle and bustle of the city for Shuangyue Bay in Huizhou, embarking on a three-day and two-night Spring Trip themed “AI-Powered Innovation, Forging Ahead with Vigor”.

It was a gathering across mountains and seas, a journey of unity and strength, and a voyage anchored to the future. We reviewed the past with joy, strengthened our original aspiration through collaboration, and marched toward a new journey with hope.

On the afternoon of the first day upon arriving at Shuangyue Bay, under the warm sunshine, we gathered together. At the start of the annual meeting, Mr. Luo, the founder and mentor of AINOPOL, took the stage and delivered a speech. He kicked off the event with a set of inspiring and down-to-earth achievements:

“Over the past year, the takeaway boxes we used could circle our building 30 times, and our business travel mileage was enough to reach the Moon and back. Yet all the hard work and dedication paid off: our contract value grew by 35%, and customer complaint rate dropped by 30%. This cup of coffee that kept us going was well worth it!”

Looking back on the challenges and decisions along the way, he established a clear and firm positioning for the company:“AINOPOL is a pure channel-focused scenario-based converged communications manufacturer that is committed, reliable, responsible, and will never compete with its channel partners for profits.”

If the General Manager’s speech was a torch that ignited our passion, the activities that followed served as a catalyst to turn that enthusiasm into mutual understanding and teamwork.

We divided into groups of 5 to 7 and boarded the sailboats at Wanhai Times Sailing Club. Amid splashing waves, we learned to cooperate: the wind direction was our only command, and the balance of the team was the foundation of moving forward.

At that moment, we all deeply realized that, just like every project at work, only by staying in the same boat and pulling together can we ride the winds and break the waves.

The seaside tea party was another gentle form of team building. With refreshments, red wine, and snacks, we took off our work badges and chatted freely about life and dreams. There was no pressure from KPIs, only the sea breeze, laughter, and the crisp clinking of glasses.

The Glorious Moments on the Awards Stage

As evening fell, we ushered in the glorious moments for all the strivers.

From regional teams to headquarters… every partner who walked onto the stage to receive the certificate had its red glow shining on their faces.

It is a medal for their hard work and dedication over the past year, and also a bugle call to charge forward in the new year.

Another Side of Us at the Gala Dinner

After the gala dinner began, the atmosphere took a dramatic turn. As the opening video ended, colleagues who were usually strict and meticulous with codes and plans instantly became kings of the stage.

The opening dance blew the whole room away, and each performance was more impressive than the last. Everyone grabbed red envelopes while voting for the best show, pushing the atmosphere to a climax.

Of course, feasting and dancing were the soul of the dinner. We enjoyed the delicious food to our hearts’ content and let ourselves go completely to the DJ music. Multiple rounds of lucky draws brought wave after wave of surprises — two colleagues serving as ushers became the most popular “lucky ambassadors” of the night, and every draw triggered waves of cheers.

The game sessions were full of laughter. There was the intense musical chairs, the fierce competition of “human jukeboxes” in song-guessing games, the messy body coordination challenges, and the funny “expression-pack contest” in the water-passing game… Losers had to face “dark punishments” such as bitter melon juice, green plum extract, and wasabi Oreos, making the crowd laugh until they could barely stand. Every moment was frozen into unforgettable happy memories.。

The Second Day: A Tapestry Woven with Sweat and Laughter

If the first day was a prelude to passion and glory, the second day was a symphony of physical strength and teamwork.

Amid the roar of the tug-of-war, the agility of the beanbag toss, the quick reflexes in the balloon-stomping game, the funny crab-walk race, the trust test of blindfolded challenge, the intense “close combat” of name-tag tearing, and the explosive power in the four-direction run… everyone went all out, “ignoring their image” for the team’s victory. The losing teams did not get discouraged; they sat together on mats eating instant noodles, joking that it was “the taste of struggle”.

In the evening, the fun BBQ brought countless “dark dishes” and “grill masters” amid smoke and fire. We created food with our own hands, and faces glowing red by the charcoal fire were filled with satisfaction.

At the bonfire party after dark, tension and surprise intertwined in the game of “pass the flower while the drum beats” — those who got the flower either performed talents or offered sincere wishes. When fireworks burst into the night sky, lighting up every smiling face looking upward, we knew: this night, these people, and this shared memory would be forever engraved in the time of AINOPOL.

On the final day, we experienced a thrilling clash of speed and passion.

The crystal-paintball battle allowed everyone to feel the excitement of coordination amid a “hail of bullets”. Covering, charging, and flanking — our tactical coordination was comparable to blockbuster movies. Amid the roar of off-road vehicles and go-karts, everyone became their own “racer”, speeding freely on the track and unleashing the vitality and drive of AINOPOL members. Just as we face the market, we always keep our engines fully revved.

In the afternoon, the bus set off back to the city.

Three days and two nights were short — so short that the warmth of the bonfire still seemed to linger at our fingertips. Yet three days and two nights were also long — long enough to turn “AINOPOL Means Service” from a slogan into a fervent belief in every heart. On the return trip, some shared game videos and laughed together, while others had already begun discussing new plans for after the holiday. We were all filled with a strong resolve: after this recharging journey, we will carry forward the “passion and drive” mentioned by the General Manager, work with full dedication, and build an even more brilliant future!
