No need to assemble off-brand devices!Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway, natively adapted for hotel real-name traceability, ensures one-time pass of compliance acceptance.

AINOPOL – Provider of All-Optical Converged Solutions

Assembling devices from different brands often causes disconnection between authentication records and network logs. The AINOPOL Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway adopts underlying session binding technology to natively link authenticated accounts with internet behavior records. It helps hotels present a complete evidence chain during public security acceptance and greatly improves the pass rate.

Many weak current contractors purchase separate authentication routers and log servers to cut costs when undertaking hotel network projects. However, problems frequently arise during official inspections:

The authentication system records a phone number such as 1380099, while the log system records IP 192.168.1.100 accessing a certain website — yet the two cannot be automatically matched.

When inspectors require evidence showing which websites were accessed by that phone number, hotel staff have to compare records manually. The process is time‑consuming, error‑prone, and may even result in a ruling of incomplete evidence chain.

The AINOPOL Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway solidly integrates the authentication and log modules at the underlying level, fully complying with real-name authentication and log retention requirements specified in MPS Order No. 82 and No. 151.

Help Contractors Understand the Technical Value of Integrated Authentication & Logs

Many weak current integrators assume that simply combining an authentication-enabled router with a log storage server can meet inspection standards. In practice, inspectors often ask to randomly select a guest’s phone number and retrieve their full internet records from the previous night.

If the authentication system cannot quickly correlate with log data, manual screening becomes necessary, wasting time and risking judgment of incomplete evidence.

Built with native underlying design, the Dream Series automatically binds authentication data with access logs, minimizing manual work and accelerating inspection approval.

Patchwork Solution — Prone to Disconnection Between Authentication and Logs

When inspectors request internet records of Guest A (Phone: 138xxxx) on a specific date, hotel IT staff first have to look up the authentication log to find the guest’s corresponding IP address and time frame, then filter domain names on the log server by that IP and time. The whole process is cumbersome and prone to errors and omissions, causing many hotels to be ordered to rectify their systems.

Native Authentication-Log Binding Technology of the Dream Series

The AINOPOL Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway integrates the authentication module, log module, security module and routing module into one single hardware unit and unified operating system.

The device comes with built-in Portal authentication, supporting multiple real-name methods including SMS verification, WeChat login, and ID card scanning. It is equipped with local hard disk storage to automatically retain rolling internet logs for 180 days. All log fields — MAC address, IP address, authenticated account, online start and end time, accessed URL, and more — are generated by the same system. The authenticated account is directly written into each log record, eliminating the need for cross-device data association.

Inspection Operation Process

When inspectors need a guest’s internet records, hotel administrators log in to the EAAS Cloud Platform or local management interface, filter by room number, phone number or time period, and export a unified report with one click.

In this report, every internet access record carries complete authentication information (phone number or ID number) for clear viewing, which inspectors can verify directly.

Performance in Inspection: Patchwork Solution vs Dream Series

Underlying Network Architecture Compatibility

This device can be deployed together with all-optical network, Passive Optical Network (POL), and Fiber-to-the-Room solutions, reducing overall cabling costs through optical fiber networking. For old hotels, the low-threshold all-optical network solution is compatible with existing network cables, enabling a smooth upgrade to an all-optical hotel. All authentication and log data are processed centrally on the optical gateway, independent of network transmission media.

The core of public security acceptance for hotel networks lies in the traceability of real-name authentication and internet access logs.Patchwork device solutions suffer from fragmented data and inconsistent data formats, which easily cause difficulties in data correlation and lead to inspection failures.

Adopting an all-in-one design, the AINOPOL Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway enables native correlation between authentication information and log data, greatly improving inspection efficiency and pass rate. For engineering contractors, choosing the Dream Series means a much smoother acceptance experience.

FAQ

Q: If the hotel has already deployed patchwork devices, can it be upgraded to an all-in-one solution?A: Yes. Simply add one Dream Series Secure Optical Gateway, downgrade the original devices to pure APs or switches, and let the gateway take unified control of authentication and logs. Existing devices can still be used without full replacement.

Q: Does the all-optical network architecture affect log collection?A: No impact at all. Passive Optical Network (POL) only changes the physical transmission medium. Log collection and authentication logic are still completed uniformly on the optical gateway.Instead, the all-optical network reduces active devices in weak current rooms and lowers the risk of interruption to the log collection link.

Q: Is a dedicated leased line mandatory for the Dream Series?A: Not required. The device supports multi-operator broadband aggregation. Multiple residential broadband lines can replace expensive dedicated leased lines, saving considerable annual network costs. Meanwhile, multiple lines serve as mutual backups for more stable network operation.

In accordance with the Announcement on Strengthening Cybersecurity Governance of Public Wireless Internet Access Venues issued by Lingcheng Branch of Dezhou Public Security Bureau in April 2026, public internet access venues shall legally implement security technical measures including real-name internet authentication, behavior audit and log retention. Network logs must be retained for no less than six months, and deployed devices shall comply with national standards and complete filing with the Ministry of Public Security.

Subject to Articles 21 and 24 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, as well as MPS Order No. 82 and No. 151, hotels must ensure real-name authentication information can be correlated and traced with internet access logs. There are already penalty cases in Jining, Taiyuan and other regions caused by disconnection between authentication records and logs.

The industry standard YD/T 6442-2025 has issued national specifications for Fiber-to-the-Room deployment. Choosing the all-in-one Dream Series helps hotels pass public security acceptance smoothly.
