The project is located in Dalat Banner, Inner Mongolia. According to the relevant policies "Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of Social Security Prevention and Control System" and the technical specifications "Construction and Management Standards for Social Security Comprehensive Management Center", a representative member of a certain government enterprise in the project must carry out social resource construction related to public safety within the scope of Dalat Banner, especially grid management of key public areas and key industries, and build a complete set of grassroots three-dimensional security prevention and control system to provide more comprehensive security guarantees for Dalat Banner.
To this end, the project requires the establishment of a deep integrated intelligent policing system that is compatible with modern policing management systems and closely integrated with the foundation of public security big data.
Based on this demand, the government and enterprise representatives of the project are particularly concerned about the application of integrated communication technology in the police system, and have learned that Smart Photonics has rich practical experience in building similar systems, especially in the field of integrated dispatch and command platforms, with unique insights. For this purpose, we have also focused on integrating platform links and transmission bases to create a solution suitable for modernization and digitization.
Project requirements
The construction of this platform should follow the "Guidelines for Intelligent Construction and Application of Public Security Video Images" issued by the Ministry of Public Security and relevant technical standards of the Public Security Department. At the same time, it should adhere to the "six unifications" principle and "four modernizations" requirements of the intelligent construction and application of public security big data, and combine with the actual policing situation of Dalate Banner. It should use cutting-edge technology to build a smart policing platform that includes functions such as visual dispatch and command, remote monitoring, video conferencing, intelligent collaboration, and data analysis.
In this process, Smart Guangxun strictly follows the above points to build a fusion scheduling and command platform. Starting from the required modules and functional characteristics of the platform, a detailed analysis and construction of an integrated dispatch and command platform that meets the policing needs of Dalat Banner has been conducted, as shown in the following figure:
The construction of this platform involves two aspects, including social resource access network and video private network.
In terms of social resource access network, we will build a video surveillance management system, a view library system, and corresponding software and hardware infrastructure. This will support the access and management of a large number of video surveillance devices and data to meet various policing needs.
In terms of video private network, we will build a video surveillance management system, view library system, parsing system, comprehensive practical platform, as well as intelligent operation and supporting software and hardware infrastructure. Through this private network, we can centrally manage and share various video resources, and achieve the parsing, feature extraction, and comprehensive practical application of video data.
