How to cleverly utilize this channel to create an efficient and streamlined grassroots government management service model, and truly simplify office processes, is a major challenge facing the current government.

Taking the Finance Bureau of XX County in Huizhou as an example, with the gradual expansion of the online service function network construction of the Finance Bureau, staff have found that there is a phenomenon of information data blockade between the websites of various departments and between departmental websites and portal websites, which makes it impossible to achieve interconnection and intercommunication. This has led to a lack of organic and institutional connection between the front-end and back-end databases of the government website. In response to this issue, Smart Lite On and the Finance Bureau are working together to transform it.

Establishing a VPN channel to access the financial intranet: This can help the staff of the finance bureau more conveniently access and use internal information. By establishing a virtual private network (VPN) connection, staff can securely and quickly access the financial intranet system, handle official affairs, and conduct business operations.

Promoting interconnectivity between the business systems of various departments of the Finance Bureau is crucial for improving the efficiency of collaboration between departments. By achieving seamless integration between various business systems, information barriers can be eliminated, information flow can be accelerated, and work efficiency can be improved. This will help strengthen communication and cooperation between departments, and jointly promote the smooth progress of financial work.

Establishing a VPN channel to access the financial intranet: Smart Lite On uses secure flow control devices to accurately identify and locate VPN lines, then connect these lines to secure flow control devices and configure dedicated VPN egress policies for the office network through policy routing functions, ensuring the security and confidentiality of data transmission. This configuration not only provides efficient data transmission, but also effectively resists various network threats, ensuring the security of financial intranet data.

Promote the interconnection and intercommunication between various business systems of the Finance Bureau: Smart Optical Communication adopts OLT and frame switch combined with secure flow control technology, and is equipped with F4225W equipment, which has powerful P2P (point-to-point) communication functions, providing strong support for this interconnection and intercommunication. During the implementation process, Smart Photonics conducted detailed analysis and positioning, accurately configured virtual ports, and optimized VLAN settings, successfully achieving seamless interconnection and interoperability between various business systems, greatly improving the efficiency of collaboration between departments. At the same time, in order to prevent potential communication issues, Smart Guangxun has decided not to adopt the traditional trunk mode, but has made necessary modifications to ensure smooth interoperability within the Finance Bureau's internal network.
