In the scorching summer, the heat wave hit recently. Shenzhen has been experiencing continuous high temperatures. Facing the high temperatures, the team at Smart Optical Communication resolutely and confidently carried out a two-day and one-night outdoor quality development activity;

In order to build a wolf-like team, a service-oriented corporate culture, enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness among team members, and improve their sense of identity and belonging to the company, on July 8th, Shenzhen Smart Optical Communication and the team members of the Hunan and Sichuan branches embarked on a two-day and one-night outdoor expansion. Strictly following the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, under the leadership of the general manager's office, about 40 team members actively participated in this exercise.
