One Beam of Light, One Network, One Screen: AINOPOL Enhances Intelligent Experience for a Commission for Discipline Inspection Resettlement Building

After in-depth analysis, AINOPOL identified that the requirements for this resettlement building are concentrated on three progressive levels.
Basic High-Speed Access is the Foundation. All rooms, front desks, and office areas within the building require stable Gigabit or higher-speed network access to ensure that various applications, such as online office work, video conferences, and daily entertainment, run without lag.
Multi-Service Convergence is the Core. The network needs to serve as a unified bearer platform, simultaneously transmitting data, high-definition IPTV signals, and SIP voice calls. This achieves "Single Network Bearer," avoiding the complexity and high costs associated with building multiple separate networks.
Smart Experience and Party-Government Propaganda are the Distinction. Beyond providing convenient living experiences like smart room control (e.g., integration with Xiaodu Smart Speakers), the client explicitly requested leveraging the customizable advantages of the IPTV system. The goal was to create a customized UI interface, transforming the system into a new, regular front for Party-Government propaganda and integrity education tailored to the residents.

To meet the comprehensive requirements of multi-service integration, high security, and superior experience, AINOPOL adopted an "All-Optical Network" as the core infrastructure. The All-Optical Network inherently offers ultra-high bandwidth, extremely low loss, and strong anti-interference capabilities. Adopting a Fiber to the Room (FTTR) solution, fiber optics extend directly to ONU terminals within every room, providing end-to-end ultra-Gigabit bandwidth capabilities. This not only guarantees ultra-high-speed wireless access with whole-home Wi-Fi 6 dead-zone-free coverage but also fundamentally ensures ample bandwidth and ultra-low latency, offering an impeccable pipeline for high-traffic, high-real-time applications such as HD video, online meetings, and smart homes.
One Optical Network, Converging Multiple Services:
Traditional solutions require separate wiring for data, TV, and voice, resulting in complex structures and difficult maintenance. Utilizing the point-to-multipoint nature of the All-Optical Network, we carry multiple services through a single fiber. This saves on wiring while securely, stably, and efficiently carrying office data, HD IPTV, voice calls, and IoT data streams. It achieves extreme simplification of the network structure and a significant reduction in O&M costs.
Dedicated Line Replacement for Cost Reduction and Quality Improvement:
To ensure ultimate network stability and ultra-high performance, we replaced one high-cost large dedicated line with multiple low-cost commercial broadband connections plus small dedicated lines, significantly reducing network operation costs. Simultaneously, within the Wi-Fi network, we allocated independent dedicated SSIDs and high-priority data channels for smart home devices. This effectively isolates device traffic to avoid mutual interference, ensuring voice controls and device linkage commands receive millisecond-level responses, thereby greatly enhancing the user experience of room intelligence.
Smart linkage between small and large screens
Built upon a solid all-optical network foundation, two distinctive applications have injected unique intelligent interaction and promotional access into the resettlement building.
Based on the full-coverage, low-latency all-optical Wi-Fi network, we deeply integrated the Xiaodu Smart Room Control System, achieving a responsive and seamless smart living experience:
Immersive Smart Living: The Xiaodu Smart Speaker connects to the control systems of smart devices (such as lights, curtains, and air conditioners) within the room via the high-bandwidth all-optical Wi-Fi network. Residents can control the entire room's devices simply by speaking to Xiaodu or through a mobile APP.
Guaranteed Ultra-Low Latency: Thanks to the Gigabit-to-the-room capability and multi-line aggregation of the all-optical network, we allocated independent SSIDs and dedicated data egresses for all room smart devices. This isolates interference from guest traffic and ensures that smart control commands are always transmitted through an ultra-fast, stable channel. Achieving sub-millisecond transmission latency, the recognition of voice commands and the execution of device linkages are completed almost instantaneously. This completely eliminates the command lag or execution failures common in traditional smart homes, allowing residents to experience a new level of fluidity where room intelligence is truly "on the tip of the tongue and at your fingertips."
Furthermore, we fully utilized the exclusive high-bandwidth channel provided by the all-optical network for IPTV to create a clear, smooth, and content-controllable dedicated TV promotion system:
Customized IPTV Integrity Promotion Platform: According to client requirements, AINOPOL customized a dedicated Party-Government style UI interface for the resettlement building's IPTV system. Elements such as the Party emblem, integrity slogans, and Red Culture backgrounds can be embedded in the boot screen, main menu bar, and special topic pages.
Frontline Propaganda: Fixed columns such as "Integrity News," "Policy Interpretation," and "Power of Role Models" were launched, transforming the large TV screen into a vivid, subtle, and cutting-edge front for publicity and education covering all residents.
Through the management backend, promotional content can be uniformly published and updated, ensuring that important information is accurately delivered to every resident in the first instance.
Nowadays, stepping into any room in the resettlement building, one can see the customized red UI interface on the TV playing the latest integrity education videos, while residents share family photos on the large screen via their mobile phones. Video calls supported by the high-speed network feature crystal-clear audio and smooth visuals.
This entire picture of a tranquil, convenient, and upright smart life operates on that invisible yet omnipresent all-optical network.
